Ningbo Huazhu follows strict quality standards for premium products. Standard zinc alloy components require an underplated copper strike of at least 8–10 microns to prevent zinc diffusion into the nickel layer. This underplating is followed by a ductile nickel layer (10–12 microns) and a final chromium layer (0.25–0.5 microns). This structured sequence prevents surface micro-cracking and maintains finish stability even under constant humidity.
